Red rum is great fished with them years ago, if you want a bigger/nicer boat like a Viking also look at Pisces.

Have fished with both. Great experience with both. Did typical Cabo boats with both, and did a bigger fancier one also with Pisces. 4 trips total.
Between those 2 you should be able to get the dates you want.
