I know there have been a million tire threads on here, but I don't want to read through all the extra info to find what I'm looking for.

I need 4 AT tires. I need them to be roughly 275/70 r18. And I need them to be $900 or less.

BFG's are a possibility, but I see a lot of other brands that I know nothing about. Just looking for any recommendations that you've had decent experience with.

I bought a set of Cooper discoverer at3 back in March. I bought the same size you are looking for. I drive a lot and they still look new with about 20k miles. I paid a little less than 900 and they also had a $70 rebate that came in the mail a few weeks later. I really like the tires and they handle good on wet roads too. I drive a Chevy 2500hd 4x4 for reference.

Buddy of mine has God knows how many miles on federal couragia mt's. Pretty sure they make ATs also. He pulls cattle and hay on his 2500 Cummins and probably been about 4 years. They're still kicking and eat good. Might put them on my truck next for the hell of it.

ETA: yes, they're cheap

Saw some 315/75-17 General Grabber on a 2500 Dodge this weekend, they're very similar to a BFG AT as far as tread and looked damn good. I have no idea what the cost.

Take a look at General Grabbers. I don't have them but, my over landing buddy has them on his 87 cruiser and they're impressive. He's had them for a while and uses them as his daily driver, including some very rough terrain we drive here in WNC on the weekends.
