Brought home a new Sig today

P226 Legion. Been eyeing one for a while and this one popped up on Bayoushooter this morning for $800 brand new in the box. The fit and finish along with the trigger is awesome.

If you're going used on gunbroker, be aware that gunwatcher doesn't always catch the best price, but it does a fair job. I have a few sellers I watch, and scan their inventory periodically. CDISales is the primary one.
If you do use gunwatcher, be sure to go ahead and search directly within gunbroker too.

I just bought a Legion P229, and it's a great gun. I saw this yesterday morning, and would have bought it if you hadn't. I'm glad you did, because I bought two guns last week. Can never have too many though, right?

Correct. I felt kinda bad for the guy that was selling,. He was going through the big "d" and his ex needed some cash. I didn't feel bad enough to offer him more though
. I have been in those shoes and and it sucks to have to get rid of your toys. Sig is supposed to release the P220 Legion early next year. IF they have a SAO model I am going to jump on one. I ahve a P220 Super Match that is probably my favorite range gun. I ahve to say Sig really hit a home run with these guns. The trigger by Bruce Gray is worth the extra coin they are getting for these guns.
