How can I file a claim?
I haven't really been affected other than it was on the national news for 2 years and I had to endure all the oil soaked animals & fishes. I think I have PTSD now so where's my money?

Believe it or not, it's a lot more of a process than just filling out a questionnaire and getting a check for x amount.

I never made BP stop drilling for a year, yet BP made LA mostly a no fish zone. Cocodrie camp not getting used for its intended purpose, boat not being used for its intended purpose, yet they still depreciated in value......
that being said i didnt try and get the money, mostly because im not in the market for a power pole right now.

To be honest, If I receive anything from BP it will most likely go back into the economy in some way shape or form. Marinas, fuel, etc.
ETA: and I would love to pay off some of my student loans
