There are way too many folks in the CC classes who've never pulled the trigger on a gun! Too many people using the class as an intro to firearms class.
Is the Louisiana CC class similar to the NRA basic pistol class?
I'm asking because in MS, we don't actually have to take a class to get a CC permit. However, the NRA basic pistol class allows us to get an enhanced carry sticker.
