well as of right now anyone born after Jan 1, 1984. has to take an online course.... IMO thats just stupid. Why a cut off date like that. If you want ot enact that, make everyone do it.

is that hands on? because if its anything like the regular boaters safety, its just rules of the water and doesnt really teach common sense.
