Gotcha, I wasn't sure if it was a background check or if it somehow was tagged to me. I've been through it a few times with handguns. Have they ever put a waiting period in place in LA? They didn't have one last time I bought one ages ago.

I either use a buddy's nice Torin, or nothing. If I had the cash I would go with a nice Torin, Hein Werner, Omega, or OTC. Pricey but worth it in the long run

They are a good little light weight for packing around. I use mine on some decent stuff but nothing like a big floor jack. I use to when Ineed to grab it and carry it with me for trailers and such outside the shop. Its worth 40 but not much more.
