I can’t wait to shoot a bear. They suck.
Name one thing bears do, besides sleep a lot. They’re the welfare recipients of nature.

Whats really bad, is a State Legislator who thinks that creating a bear season is just a matter of getting enough votes on a bill. You would think State Senators would be more educated than that. He/she can get overwhelming support, and BEL could sign it, and DWF can laugh and throw it in the trash can. Title 56 gives the commission great power. Only the current condition of the bear population and educated biologists, making a recommendation to the dept., Can create a season.
The senate bill can pave the way, and that part just shelved for now, and that Nth La senator having satisfied his or her constituents, " see, i did what yall asked."
