Problem is I can't pick my days. I'm either off or I'm not. And the odds of me being off on perfect weather conditions arent very good most of the time.

shite man, that's been the story for me every trip this summer so far. Every weekend I can't go, everyone was tearing them up.

frick the wind. After fishing tournaments in 30mph winds, I pick my days now. I'd rather not fish than be miserable and fishing Nesquik

O on contrare my young friend. Perfect time to fish is terrible condition, keeps sugarasses off the bays and fish revert to instinctive feeding.

On serious note, everyone stay off BL tomorrow cause we all know this water bodie belongs to W and he will sling super spook in youre' boat if you get close. If you are lucky and avoid W you will be able to hold hands with 3000 of your closest friends from lake chuck as the school trout hunker down while the circus cuts donuts all over the lake. They will be biting by Tuesday though

My dad fished with Hackberry Rod and Gun the last couple days. They caught 19 trout yesterday, including a 6 pounder and 5 pounder. They caught about 25 this morning.

Give us an update man. From the reports, sounds like it was good I went last weekend/not this one. Really wanted to get on some big fish though/didn't happen.

Just talked to a guide and he said the bite has been in the afternoon. Said it was slow this morning.

Very slow. I had bites early and then lock jaw. They were starting to bite again around 3 but I was headed back to the launch.

Flounder broke my bait casting rod this morning while I was reaching for the net then the fricker got off the hook. Insult to injury.
