Best place to sell a gun online/locally to SELA

I have an AR I assembled but never got around to use. Want to sell it to free up some $ for another toy. I'm looking to move it and some ammo. What's the best way to sell it locally?

Looks like my parish has a gun page. How does it work, selling a gun from individual to individual? Any special paperwork?

None required. Just be aware that meeting someone you don't know some place when he knows you are bringing a relatively valuable rifle can be dicey.

Facebook is a good place to sell because you can you see who your selling to. Meet at a gun range, statitisticly speaking, less likelihood of getting robbed.

Louisiana Sportsman magazine. I've used this and Bayou Shooter.
