Is there anything out there that works?

I haven't really found anything. They buzz around so fast and don't hover like skeeters do, so I don't think many repellants get the chance to work.
I'm assuming you're talking about repellant used on humans, not actaul horses/cattle.

Interesting. How do your wear/apply it??

On your clothes. In your hair. Under your arms.
Good stuff. Works as a cattle spray and sheep dip too. Rub it on your dogs...no ticks are fleas for months.

Repel brand lemon eucalyptus spray. They will still hit you but they won't bite you.
