Best Duck Ammo for Long shots

About to order some cases for the season. I've been through Hevi-metal, Blind Side, Black Cloud etc and noticed different advantages with each. I normally shoot 3 1/2 inch shells. Like many other hunters I enjoy the long shot and don't mind spending extra money on the shells. I'm just having a hard time picking. Any solid recommendations? I'm sure this has been discussed before but couldn't find it.
(Btw I'm not hunting public land so don't need to hear the sky busting lectures)

If you need to ask

Might want to try an M-79 with beehive rounds and proximity fuses.

Like many other hunters, I enjoy the the sporting challenge of fooling mother nature and getting ducks to come in as close as possible for a clean, ethical harvest.

Hopefully you at least have a trained retriever to fetch all the wounded waterfowl you're otherwise leaving to suffer and die in the field? You're really pissing me off man. #4 buck is pretty versatile, however, and doubles as a great snow goose round.

I got enough dog that I can afford to shoot 3 inch steel.
However why not just let them work and shoot them over the decoys ?
Cracked corn and a claymore would also help.

I find on the that it's better to spray as many BB's as possible at those ducks that just won't fly in to the decoys after my 15th hail call rather than choosing 1 type of shell to do the job.

This is going pretty much exactly as expected.

I find any turkey load works best.

This is the trick. Get one of your buddies that really knows how to call to sucker those birds in on a string. When they get close enough, three of you pop out of layout blinds buried beneath the water surface from inside the decoy spread with AK-47's and blast the shite out of em. This setup really works if you stick a mojo duck on your head. You will need bamboo straws to breath. Hope this helps. Good luck.

I'll bite. Why not just let the birds decoy like you're supposed to do?
