Looking for something of decent quality but also that is reasonable on the pocket. Anybody got experience?

I ordered mine through National Covers. Custom fit for my model boat, came with motor cover and straps, and a bag for the cover. No shipping, 7 year warranty, paid $400

Really depends on the boat, but a custom cover will last longer, be easier to put on and fit nicer

It's an older boat 2005 seafox that still looks clean after being scrubbed and waxed but it sits under the sheds in hopedale marina and they drop rust flakes and the occasional bird dropping so after cleaning as soon as I come back the next time it's back to dirty. I'm just looking for something the minimize that. But I also understand that this boat probably has a 5 year timer on it so have to take that into consideration

This. I swap mine out when it gets a hole in it.

I have one that was custom made for my 24' bay stealth that I no longer use. I would love to get it out of my shop if you think it would fit your boat. Located on the northshore. It's a fine cover built out of sunbrella.

Agree with the "custom" part.

I ordered mine from Auto Anything (yeah seriously ) and got a 5 yr warranty. At the 3+ yr point it ripped; took some pics, sent them to Auto Anything and got a new one. The sun & weather just beats the shite out of covers so get the one with the best warranty but take price into consideration (don't over pay). And check out the ones on Auto Anything.

ETA: By "custom" I meant fitted, not custom as a custom made suit.
