Currently have a Coleman rechargeable LED spotlight, but it's not holding charge much anymore. Any suggestions for another good spotlight under $100?

There are a lot of new handheld at Bowie's in a case with High Lumens. They put out some light you should go by there and check them out.

FWIW, you can get a flashlight-sized light that is just as bright, if not more, than a normal q-beam. Dunno if you've thought about that.
Battery junction has a decent selection of powerful q-beams if that's what you want

Streamlight Stinger LED. I have had mine for 7-8 years now. I know a lot of police use them.

I also have one. I got it for Christmas several years ago and to this day it's one of the most useful Christmas gifts I've ever gotten.

Can you take it apart and just change the battery?

Second this. Worth every single cent you will pay for it.

Pretty sure he wants something a little more powerful than that if he's asking specifically for a spotlight

The Stinger is just as bright if not brighter than any Qbeam I can remember seeing.

There are hundreds of handheld flashlights that are more bright, and probably a hundred q-beams more bright

You want brightness or reach?
I have a yellow whatever spotlight from the Walmart auto-lightbulb section that's rechargeable for around $50 ish that I would recommend. Something like 2200 lumens.
If you want reach - the new streamlight survivors are ridiculous for around $65. Very narrow, focused beam. Batteries last a while too.
