Anybody use them to get their deer processed? I've heard good things, but never used them because they are out of the way for me.
I am dropping a deer off tonight, and was wondering what kind of options they have there. SummerSausage, tamales, etc...anything different or recommended?

Begerons in port allen is the better bet for deer processing!

Benoit's is great but we usually just get one deer a year processed there as it can be a tad expensive. I really haven't gotten anything from there that I didn't like.

I'm not sure if this is the place but if they have the option for the smoked sausage with bacon in it, you have to get it. Some of the best sausage I've had but can't remember where we get it from.
