Beavers?

there is a family of beavers living next door in a floating boat dock. Is it against the law to shoot em? The water is down and you can see the sticks they try to bring under boat dock.
I've been seeing them for 3 or 4 years. They'll scare the crap otta you at night when they slap that tail. So what is a good way to get rid of em

I'm usually a proponent of explosives but not if they're under a man made structure

A buddy of mine is a professional trapper/ animal removal guy. He traps beavers and said they are pretty tough little fricks to trap

They are a pain in the arse at my brothers house in Picayune. They will block off the drain to their private lake.

At one point I was thinking about buying a heavy barrelled .17HMR with scope to shoot em.

I think I'll just use my .22
