This is a good class for people who have never shot a handgun.

The notary fee is "outdated" if you file application online.

Do they have an AFIS machine at the class, or are they doing ink fingerprints?
So, where do all the profits from this class end up?
I'm assuming they're doing shooting qualifications on the sheriff's range that was paid for with my tax dollars.......

It is extra duty for the instructors. No overtime is paid. The East Baton Rouge Sheriff's has no range. The range belongs to the City Police and the Sheriff's Office and all the other local agencies subcontract from Baton Rouge.

They offer two sets of ink fingerprints. You can go stand in line at the State for hours with the felons if you wish.
