I have a Barska spotting scope and it sucks. Don't know about their rifle scopes though.

Is the CZ good for long distance shooting? say 1000 yards.

If not what is?

Yes, poor quality. It works for what it's used for but I'd never buy another.

I have a Barska 3x9 on my .444, but I bought it used and don't shoot it very often. 3-6 is pretty good, but 7-9 is kind of blurry.

I thought the same thing at first. For target shooting it wouldn't be bad. But when shooting things on the move I would prefer a reticle with some markings that I could quick reference without adjustment.

I still haven't pulled the trigger on it yet.... Great advise tho guys, thanks!!

I have it on my 7mag (4.5-14x44). It's a good scope for the money. I think there are betters at full price, but at $600 that's a steal.
