Post something at your local co-op or feed store. The basic formula is something like this:

If they do everything, then they get the hay and you get your property kept clean.

If you fertilize and spray a time or two, then as the landowner you get half to two thirds of the hay. He gets the balance for cutting it.

Having a barn where the guy can store the hay also changes the formula somewhat. Your mileage may vary.

ETA: Lots of rain this year means everyone has plenty of hay. Prices are down and most guys already have all that they can handle. Dry years things flip around somewhat.

Good luck. I know a lot of people this year that ended up clipping what would have been good hay. I know a guy trying to give away about 200 bales worth and can't find anyone to cut it.

Issue we had was the weather. Just haven't had enough consecutive dry days to get it done other than very small sections at a time

I have 2 fields about 50 acers total in Washington parish and can't give the hay away on it. I have even offered to have it sprayed and fertilized and let people keep the hay, Just to have it cut and look good. No takers. I pay a neighbors son to cut it with their bat wing twice a year.
