Okay guys years ago we bought about 1,000 25 lb ice bags for use at the camp to fill with ice while fishing. I have no idea where we got them from. I have used my last one this past weekend. Any one have any ideas on where I could look for more? Pelican ice in NO was no help. TIA

My buddy just double bags walmart plastic bags and fills them up where he can barely tie a double overhand knot with the handles. He keeps about 6 to 10 in his deep freeze at any given time.

Was hoping to find locally so I could have more by Wednesday when I go back down. I am not sure Prime will get them here that quick and hate to pay $40 or more for overnight on bags... If I can't find shortly will take my chances with Amazon thanks

order them now and if they don't come in on time, stop by one of those bulk ice stations and grab as many as you need for the week.

Have you tried going by a store that bags their own ice and asking to buy a few or a name to their supplier?

Wick.... That's PERFECT!! Maybe a few huggies to go with it!

As far as a store that bags their own ice I am not aware of any around me. I haven't had time yet today while working to look. Working on it now when I can.

I am not sure if this helps, but we use the crawfish sacks. Fill with ice and place in chest, then you pull it out, and cover your fish with ice Instead of all being on the bottom of the chest.

Check with Dunaway Ice in Slidell maybe? I don't know if they'll sell bags separately, but it's worth a call.
