Archery - suddenly have to adjust sights?

So, I've had the same bow and sight for many years. No peep as I use a No-Peep, he he. Have not had to touch the pins in forever. Did not shoot last year due to shoulder issues.
I shot last night for the first time since '12 season. While I was grouping fine, I was hitting well left at 15 yards. I ended up moving my pin set to the left a lot.
Now, the reason i don't think the sight moved during the break is the fact that my arrow, string and pins do not line up in the same fashion as they always have in the past. The pins are now left of the arrow/string line.
What is happening?
Could if be a different follow through due to the lay off? I am going to shoot every evening and some mornings to try and work this out.

Most likely a change in your form. I've had this issue occasionally.

Make sure arrow rest hasn't shifted or is loose. Check your nocking point to be sure it hasn't s slid up or down just a bit too. However, form will change if it's been a while in shooting.

Yes. This is most likely the case. Focus on your follow through and you'll probably be fine soon. The first 4-5x I shoot my bow every year I dont even care where the arrows end up as I get used to shooting again. Remember to keep your bow arm in place after the shot. People have a tendency to pull the bow away (down and to the left) with their bow arm so they can watch the shot. It's a very common tendency and something you can easily correct.

Possibly, but it sounds more like you are torqueing your bow hand.

Could also be your release. If it has been sitting unused for a while, the trigger may have tightened up on it/gotten sticky. Seems like such a small thing, but my shooting improved markedly when I changed from an old release to a new one.

just remember to aim a little to the right when the doe gets within range.

I was handed a 9mm this weekend. Can set on mound about 12-15 yards away. First shot. Nailed. I am a natural.

After shooting several times, I also had to adjust my sights. I don't shoot in the off-season (I know I should) and may anchor point may have changed (??). Was shooting high and now I'm on

Don't change your sights! I shot without a peep and when I had that problem I would keep shooting until I got my anchor points down again.
