I found a mess of teeth in Jones Creek in the mid 60's. I called LSU and they weren't interested. I often wondered if any more fossils would have popped up from erosion. ...

Thats what i thought the diagram showed. I'll just get those parts and clear a place in the shop and start tearing it down. I hope nothing else needs changing.

Advice needed on a sick Honda FourTrax

Rear end went out on it at the end of last season. Just bought another bike. The 300's motor is still strong and tranny shifts ok. Should I replace the rear end and axle bearing or should I just bite the bullet and scrap it. Leaning towards the rebuild but have no experience doing it....
Help Needed

I'm currently involved with a recovery project for WW2 artifacts. We are having problems finding equipment that can scan 8-12 feet of compacted red clay. We've used an old school tech that indicates metal, but when we run a GPR unit over the site we come up with nothing. Any ideas wpo;d be helpful W...

I noticed the brake handle for the rear brake is tighter now than before. The bracket on the rear for the brakes has some play in it so why would my brake handle be tighter? I know I'm asking some dumb questions but I've never had this problem before....

when I give it gas it rocks but when I let off the gas it settles back where it was. I've the back brake tore down but can't get the brake drum off. It's a 98 model. I was hunting in Tenn. and needed my brakes but now I'm in the Morganza spillway and not so much. I'll try spinning the tires and see ...

earlier this summer I needed my bike to pull my stuck ztr out of a wet spot. Fired the ole girl up put it in reverse and backed up about 3 feet and it locked up. The motor runs fine and the transmission shifts. I was told the brakes might be locked up. Has anyone had this problem and what do I need ...

Aug 27 1967. After that it was all a painful blur. I do remember while adjusting my battle field zero on my trusty M-14 my DI telling me I was using the wrong shoulder to fire my weapon. Being a southpaw I had to fire right handed the rest of the time. Oh yea, he he got my attention by popping me in...

We hunted Pass Manchac years ago and had a spot that was covered up in green heads. We often talked about showing up late instead of being there to watch the sun come up and see if we'd still limited out. This went on for a number of years and then the next season came around and they birds were go...

Posted by PoppaTiger on 8/25/16 at 6:58 am
I just found out a family member had my dads jump boots from WW2. He wanted me to have them after he passed being I was a 2nd generation paratrooper. Bergara Barrels

Has anyone had problems with a Bergara Barrel not kicking a fired shell out? I bought one for my TC Pro Hunter in 308 and shot it for the first time Friday. It's groups ar4e tight for a half blind old COB. I was shooting some cheap Winchester ammo and about half of the rounds wouldn't kick out. The ...
