Anyone with experience at Grosse Savanne Lodge?

I've got 3 days of fishing along with lodging booked in April. Two days in the salt and one day catching largemouths. Have any of you stayed at the lodge and fished or hunted with them? Any recommendations or experiences that were good/bad/indifferent? I gave the trip to my dad (and myself!) for Christmas and hoping to make it as perfect as possible.

Only hunted and the lodge was in a temporary location because of Rita. Awesome service, food was outstanding, hunting was great. Even though there were also a few politicians there, it was excellent all around. Drinks are included.

Lodge is awesome, bass fishing in offsite lake is awesome, red fishing in private marsh is awesome, hunting is awesome, trout guides on Big Lake are ok.
The old man they pay to hang out with you after dinner and tell jokes/stories is not so awesome.
Check out their photo albums in the living room between dining room and "bar". Cool old pics.
Oh, and there's more Macallan downstairs if they try to tell you they ran out.

Did a cast and blast there last year. We limited out on reds easily. There were a few guys that went bass fishing, they wore the bass out. The food was really good. We had a good time at night with the free drinks and playing pool. The old guy at the lodge telling jokes was okay, he didn't bother us too much. Woke up in the morning, everyone went and killed their limit of teal and then they cooked us a nice breakfast. I would go back if invited.

My boss used to go annually for a duck hunt put on by Mr. Leach. He really enjoyed it. Always limited out whether it was ducks or reds. I don't think they had the hunt this year
