Here's what you do....
Boil the ribs in a bit of crab boil first for a few hours. Make sure all that clear film like substance is off.
Then throw on grill, add BBQ sauce and its done in a few minutes

We cook them in a gravy until they fall off the bone. One of the best parts of the deer

I try to waste as little as possible. Guess that's not cool
I hunted with a few guys from East Tx and they looked at me like I was crazy when I cut up my deer to take home. I cut out a neck roast on a buck they were gonna throw away. I cooked it slow on the grill for half the day. They had never eaten anything like it and swore they would never throw another one away. Hell they wouldn't even eat rabbit until I fried up some of those little cotton tails they have out there.
I am not a fan of deer ribs, I have eaten them and they are not bad. You have to eat them hot don't let them cool off. My ribs get turned into hamburger.

Good but tough. Marinate with a bit of lime juice to tender them up...best way to say then though is fried. Single them out. Drop them in grease. Remove and dust while wet with Tony's. Enjoy the snacks

If you let them cool and take a few bites you will have to gargle with paint thinner to get the goop out of your mouth
