they should unfortunately start with this warm weather coming. Havent had time to go listen yet

Heard at least 10 gobbles on the last day of duck season at the wood duck hole..
This was two mornings ago on my camera..
Central FL

Why unfortunately? That's what you want to happen. You want them to have done most of the breeding by the time the season starts. That way hens are on nests and the gobblers are easy pickings.

Yea the more hens bred by the time the season starts the better. I'm planning on going listen Saturday morning.

Because i prefer to have the whole season after yahoos have packed it in lol. Most not all give up after the first two weeks. If you hunt public areas as i do , it makes it nice
