Anybody ever been to the Houston safari club and expo?

I know it's not dallas but is it worth it? Thinking about heading over there this weekend to chk it out. Thanks.

If you are looking to book a hunt i'm sure it would be worth the trip. I usually go just to walk around and check out the mounts and different hunts, but never purchased anything. There are deals to be had there though if you are in the market for a hunt.

Certainly not as large as Dallas, however, the show does have a good mix of US and foreign outfitters offering a variety of hunts, it's location and proximity to other things to see and enjoy within walking distance make it special. Bring the whole family if you have never been to The Woodlands, spend the weekend, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
