Water should be clean with all the S/SE winds throughout the week and a nice tide rolling until mid morning. I'll be in Dulac fishing the beaches.

Not me, but watching closely.
Things get iffy this time of year with everyone getting ready for the hunt.

Heading to cocodrie in the am, but I'm just going cut the grass at the camp. Maybe throw a line after but the wind is going to be horrible.

Got out in the surf bright and early and picked up a few in mixed water against the beach. Moved a little and found better water. Just as bite picked up, wind and rain couldn't decide what to do. East side weather moving south, West side moving north, then get hit w one from SE that makes us move to north side.

Find good water in the bay and pick up some nice ones, then finally the predicted wind shows up to move us back where we started in the surf. I pick up 6 in a row, my dad 3, and a full blown squall covering both sides moving east to west pounds us all the way home. LOL

Haha nawh, but it was good fishing early but after tide switched and wind picked up it was over. Offshore seemed to be good too. Lots of tuna and snapper being cleaned. A guide caught a 15 lb mangrove..it was nice

I'm not a salt lifer but I fished out of Bason's yesterday. Water was brown everywhere. Even in the thick grass. Wind picked up a lot by midday. Made sightcasting for reds interesting. Only managed three.
