Any idea about cable?

Does anyone know if this stuff is worth anything? Can it be scrapped? I had a renter leave it behind and trying to make a couple of $ to make up for lost rent.

The 5E is ethernet cable, 4 pair 22 gauge wire. If the box is full, you may get something for it on CL. I am not sure what is in the bucket, but not looking like much.
