Didn't see this posted here so I had to share. 2 guys fishing in a marina and allegedly after being asked to leave for hitting boats with their baits, and refusing, marina owner has his baw henchmen ram them. There are videos on FB and Instagram from both sides and it seems so far law enforcement aren't pressing charges so one of the bass boat kids' mom (they're both 18) is pressing charges.

NSFW for some Baw moonin

That is when you put about 6 bullet holes in that aluminum piece of shite and then ask them to have fun getting it out of the water before it sinks!

Fb page filled with badasses, I suspect we'll get the same comments here.

Everybody would've unload their 9's on em. Well, everybody that wasn't really in that situation. Pending lawsuits and jail time somehow prevail over keyboard badassery in real life.

I'm not a fan of using a gun for intimidation but the dudes in the bass boat had every right to pull it in that situation. Protect your life and property.

I like the sign the marina had posted "no fishing within 150ft". Kinda reminds me of dump truck signs "stay back 500 feet, not responsible for damage".
If they don't want people fishing near their marina then they shouldn't of built it in a public lake.

FB comments are talking about everyone meeting up and fishing around the marina. I want to see a pic of that

The Marina's page is saying those guys didn't work for them. So...what the hell were they doing? Being vigilantes?

They are deleting comments by the 100's on their FB account, their official statement basically blaming the two kids in the bass boat for the incident is not going over very well

Yeah, it's very vague and never explains the main fact people want to know.

Who are these jack asses and why are they enforcing the marina's bogus no fishing with 150' policy?

I had to dig in and read a lot of comments. Apparently one of the henchmen is the marina owner's brother.

They fricked.

While watching that video that's exactly what I thought. In the daylight while being videoed. Fricking day-walkers.

Happened in Oklahoma, here is their code.

B. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
