Aluminum gate help

Building a fence this weekend that will end with some black aluminum fencing and gate. I'm looking for a good lever handle that locks. Any suggestions around Baton Rouge where to locate something like that? Home Depot and Lowe's selection sucks when it comes to that.

Custom made by a welding shop. Good primer and paint it or have it powdercoated.
