Find something at Lowe's/Home Depot etc with the active ingredient permethrin. Spray it all over your yard and trees. You won't have any for 2-3weeks.

Or get a thermacell

Spray that shite in your yard and bushes, get rid of areas that are damp or hold water, and keep your busy schedule and grass cut. You can also call the parish and have them spray your hood with that truck full of chemicals every old man used to chase when they were younger. If you're gonna be in one spot for a while, get one of those big fans on a stand from Harbor Freight. They work really well.

When you spray that stuff in your yard, hang out outside for a bit. It's amazing how many little roaches come running out of the grass

I have a Flowtron BK-40D with octenol cartridges. Bought from Amazon. We have a swamp behind our property and it used to be unbearable to go outside. We still have a few but for the most part it's tolerable to be outside in the evenings. It's definitely made a difference.

I use a product called Mosquito Barrier. Each application provides around four weeks of control. I have been using it for two years with great success.
