I can't remember if I registered mine or not. Pretty sure I did way long ago.

Whatever, probably won't buy a silencerco again.

Picked up a certificate for a free suppressor at a match.

They dicked around with the form 3 paperwork for like 6 months and when I emailed them to ask about it again they said they weren't going to do these dealer demos and such anymore and weren't going to send it.

Had to explain that I wasn't a dealer and how it was pretty messed up because it should have been shipped like 6 months earlier if they wouldn't have dicked around with the paperwork.

In the end I got the suppressor, just pissed me off and the more and more I think about it the more it just irks me.

I have no complaints about the quality or anything. Its a great can, there are just a ton of great cans now and there is no reason to deal with someone that makes headaches for no reason.

I called to register my omega and asked for a 5.56 brake instead of 7.62. It was at my door I'm 2 days.

All my silencerco experiences have been great so far.

I never registers my second Omega. Guess I should.

I guess, I was talking with the head customer service guy over there. The one you would talk to if you had an issue and called....or at least the one you would want to talk to anyway. I'm cool with the nfa waiting game. Just don't take down the order and then 7-8 months later tell me you are suddenly not going to honor it.

In my last email, I finally had enough and would let the shooters and match directors know what was up they had that can to the dealer in 3 weeks. Amazing how fast they got shite done when I said would let people know.

I'm not unhappy with the product, just the service.


Oh and to add, I did order more mounts for the suppressor and they messed that order up.

8 months. what a bunch of shite.

Let's hope the Hearing Protection Act passes!
