Buddy of mine was out blowing up beaver dams this past weekend. I thought it was pretty Cool. Just a heads up there is nothing after the first explosion.

I thought you only needed that if you plan to purchase or operate across state lines. LA has a state license and blasters permit as well. Typical LA, there is a required course you have to take run by a private company. $$$. Guess who owns that? The retired LSP Trooper who set up the whole licensing structure. Guess who he employs? Other retired Troopers out of that office. Love my state. LoL.
