Find one of the off brand light bars that's in the size you want and you'll be good, no use in wasting your money on the name brand crap.

Pretty much any Amazon light bar. They pretty much all use the same LEDs. Read reviews and find one you like. A good 20" bar can be had for < $50.

The only issue some people have with the really cheap ones is the seal on the lense. Pretty easy to remove and drop a bead of silicone on it though.

Way better than dropping $500 on a rigid.

I've had this 12" bar from Auxbeam on my 4 wheeler for about 1.5 years and it is superbly constructed and ridiculously bright. I HIGHLY recommend it. Auxbeam

I recently purchased this 22" one for my son's 4 wheeler over the holidays for my son, and while it is definitely worth the $24, it isn't as bright or as well made, IMO, as the Auxbeam. 22" Amazon Generic

Nilight on Amazon. Distributor is louisiana based and they are bulletproof.

I have a 24" and a 8" no name from Amazon that have lasted 2 years without an issue so far on my Foreman and Teryx.

No. you need to run the LED bar to the battery via Relay.

I have a set of the cheap Amazon pods on my Jeep. 6 bulbs in each, and they have been on there for at least 3 years with no issues. They use Cree bulbs. Less than $20.

Both of mine are with no problems whatsoever. I cut into my bikes high beam wires so that the led bar comes on when I turn on the high beams. If you run it directly to the battery you'll need to add a switch for it somewhere.

Or just tap into the headlights to trigger the relay for the LED bar

That's the correct way to do it

I have a 50 and a 6 on my ranger that I got from plashlights.com

I also have a 20 and a couple cubes on my truck that are the cheapo amazons lights. the 6inch on my ranger seems to be brighter than the 20 on my truck. obviously the 50 is much much brighter than the others.

Like that idea. May look into it sometime; would be good to shine the lights out on the pond to help with deke setup, blind brushing, etc. in the dark
