P226 .40 hold 12+1. Still better but...

All 3 sound about the same off of AR500 steel which most likely is all any of will ever shoot them at. Well, that or paper. Get whichever one is cheapest to operate I say.

What's going to be the intended purpose(s) of these guns?

I just got the Delta Elite and was researching different ammo and then looked at the difference of the 3 rounds. When I had decided to buy the DE I didn't realize how close the 10mm and the .357 were.

I already have a .357 (Ruger GP100).
I will be using them both when out hunting. If I get a deer close enough I might pull a King Ranch and try shooting a deer with it.

So you've already got a 357 Mag and the 10mm Auto and are trying to figure out which might be best as a secondary gun for short range deer hunting.

Take a look at the 9x25 Dillon. It is a 10mm necked down to hold 9mm bullets. Conversion barrels for Glock 20 are available

90gr @ 2,000fps = 800 ft/lbs

124gr XTP @ 1,700fps = 802 ft/lbs

.40 does not shoot the 180 gr well at all. It does better with the 155 bullets. Here are the Buffalo Bore numbers.

.40 - 1300 fps 582 ft/lbs
.357 msg - 1375 fps 780 ft/lbs
10mm - 1337 fps 728 ft/lbs

Ok,

Check out underwood ammo. They make out some very hot rounds. I will post some numbers in a second.

Underwood ammo:

40= 135gr: 1442 fps 623 ft.lbs
10mm= 150gr: 1530 fps 780 ft.lbs
357= 125gr: 1700 fps 802 ft.lbs

357 will give you more power and you probably will only have one shot for deer. Revolver is a better woods gun in my opinion.

I disagree. My G23 is more accurate with 180 grain than any other. The .40 was developed on the 180 gr if I'm not mistaken and I shoot darts with 180 vs 165/155/anything
