.223

Just playing with the 10 round mags bc we'd get carried away with the 30's. Fun little gun.

I did a round round-up today. I'm so unprepared for a war. I hope all someone will be generous.

As in you went shipping around or you counted what you actually had?

My dad's contact at work sells him .223s pretty cheap. He gets them by the 5ks from his daughter in the military... She's over the armory

I wouldn't be shooting if I was paying what these jackasses have been asking in the store.

The most I've paid (relatively) is $27/375 for .22LR.

Hope she isn't taking them... IGs office has been going overboard with material audits now that the war is winding down and budget austerity is looming. I know small arms ammunitions are a lower priority item but steal weaponry from the depot is a big big crime and Leavenworth isn't a fun place.

Nah, it's just military discount... I'd hope nobody is stupid enough to steal tens of thousands of rounds from the U.S. millitary

Were you shooting over water? What was your backstop?

I'm in Wyoming. There's a giant rock wall on the other side about 100 yards across the river. We were just shooting rocks off the ledges. You can kind of see itin the distance.

You need to work on your shooting stance.

Eh, it's just a 223. Wasn't shooting at anything in particular there, he just wanted a quick video of it.
