This really has been an uneventful season for me. I had to work the entire month of December and other than a pre-thanksgiving trip to Oklahoma; I actually deer hunted more in January than going duck hunting. (Thanks shitty weather). It's time to start fishing now.

Let Koa know that she can have back some of the mud she wanted to share with me yesterday after I took off my waders!

i told y'all to watch yourselves. Scratch her head once, she never forgets. Wish y'all could've stayed and hung out yesterday afternoon.

How'd you do in the afternoon?

And yea I wish we could have hug around too. Apparently it was hailing and I didn't realize it though. I was in my cacoon for the most part.

Geauxcats, Gingersnap, what guides did you use in Ok?
Anyone use Salt Plains or Stuart Ranch?

I used Kent Outdoors
His lodge is located in Bellevue, Texas right across border from Oklahoma. Top notch lodge. They lease land in Oklahoma and in Texas so you could hunt both states depending on what's holding birds.

So, you could be in Ok one morning and Tx the next? License costs could get pretty steep.
How were the guides? Thanks for the info.
