And clean it quick the meat breaks down and gets mushy fast. Decent to eat when fresh though.

I'm letting the flies take care of the leftover meat in the skull and will post pics when the deed is done...I had to see what the skull looks like - freakin' dinosaur.

I cleaned it and plan on eating some fishcakes this week. Let you know how that goes too.

Been catching those sucka's all my life. That's some good eatin fish. Key is, to keep the alive up until you clean them. Then once clean, batter and stank that grease!

Last one I caught was with a fiberglass cane pole, (yes I know, but we had a ton of them out on a dock catching white perch and catfish) and it's the only thing I ever saw snap one of those in two.
