120v Bowfishing Light Advice

Which do you recommend? They'll be 120v ran from a small generator. Figure to start with 6 lights and go from there.
Generator won't be an invertor generator but should be as quiet as the gatortail and as light as the batteries it'd take to run 24VDC lights all night.
ETA Both are 120v and both are warm white screenshot wrong color on cheap light and seelite is available in AC as well.

I have a lot of stuff I don't need but thanks for the advice. I'm just wondering if there's any legitimate reason I should pay more for the light branded for bowfishing use.

Saltwater is going to be hell on both , go with the cheap ones and replace as needed

We use the cheap ones. Got them from dhgate.com. shipped from china. I believe we have 9. I run them with a ryobi 2200 inverter gen. Here is my setup

I haven't had any problems with my $8-$10 shop lights. I had to replace 1 or 2 bulbs so far. This is my second year with them and I mostly use them in saltwater. Just take care of them and they will be fine.

If you spray them off with the hose after you get back and then spray with wd-40 they will be fine.

The PVC doesn't hold up the platform. 3/4" plywood spans both sides and we just put a bucket in the center to hold it up. Dual purpose and works great.

What else are you powering with the generator. If it just lights i'd would do a 24vdc system with batteries, it much safer and quiter then a generator.

Thanks guys y'all helped me decide. I'm gonna buy the cheap ones spray them off after each use then upgrade as needed. I'll post pics of the maiden voyage.

In my opinion, Battery or no battery are all about the same in the end.... From what I see the motor is always so loud you can never hear a small gen anyway.

Yes, but we shoot fish under lights on piers etc, so we are just using lights to see fish etc not attack them. Mosquitoes would eat us alive with those. (They are typically back lit) I have three on the bow.
Total 100 bucks and sealed waterproof and run on batteries, have nice red light and black light too. everyone here uses that or those light racks with cree lights. Like this but with bars typically

Cree bars are cheap on amazon three 18" inches will light up the underworld

I have a 20" Light bar for navigating but its cool white and reflects back and doesnt penetrate the water that good. It's my understanding that you need warm white for the murky water we have down here. May look into that red AA light lighting the interior of the boat if it isn't too bright. How long do the batteries generally last with the light on continous?
