Thompson Center Triumph.
Day 2 of hunt. no shooter bucks yesterday but saw more deer than in my whole life combined. Looking for a good one but will fill my doe tag if given the chance.

I know what you mean. I spent four days in Illinios the week before Thanksgiving and can't get excited about local hunting right now. Five of us filled out buck tags and each of them were larger than anything I'd ever killed.

This is how I was when we used to go to south Texas. When go from seeing 20-30 deer, 8-10 being bucks, every hunt, to hoping you see a deer.

Fricking big spike busted me earlier this morning. Walked down my food plot straight at me with his head and ears up the entire time. He stopped about 50 yards away for a few seconds, twitched his tail and turned around and walked into the woods

8 point with 18" spread. Nothing special but it was my last hunt this trip. Got him in the ice chest and on the way home now

Thanks 4. Saw about20 bucks this morning including a monster 8 but didn't have a shot. Back at it in about an hour. This may ruin me for Louisiana deer hunting like Argentina would ruin dove hunting. Haha. Hopefully I can put together a decent video when I get back

2 bwt...saw quite a few ducks at dawn but then it shut down...it ends quick as soon as it warms up...2nd split will be good...

A lot slower on ducks today with the lack of wind. We still managed to finish out the split with a limit. Cans redheads grays and teal. Ready for some artic weather though that's for sure!
