people who should care would be women of child bearing age whose religion forbids contraceptives. That's orthodox Jewry, of which I suppose there are many in south Florida, Catholics, of which there are millions in south Florida. I guess minors in households in which parents do not approve of sex by teenagers in some nonsensical world of lets' pretend.
I guess that will be the group that is hit by this.

it will hit the entire gulf south. warmest places in the USA.
southern CA too.

I'll be honest, since my wife and I are going to be trying for a kid soon, if the media hypes this up enough so that so effective efforts are put in to place to mitigate the spreading.. I'm all for it. Until then, we'll be using deet frequently.

I really don't want my future kid to have any chance of deformities and we are at a high risk for exposure since we live in a gulf state.
