Homeowner capped one of the perps in a home invasion. Nice shooting baw. Some of the roaches flushed out of the 70805, drug deal gone bad, culcha comes to Zachary, ???

I know someone who lives in this complex. It's a gated community that used to be all retirees. Started going downhill when some of the condo owners rented to tenants. Unit in question is known as belonging to a drug dealer and police have been called multiple times in past. This was probably more of a drug deal gone bad than an actual home invasion. It's a shame that decent older folks have to live near trash like this.

My aunt who is almost 70 just moved out of this place a week or two ago. She says the same thing. Known drug dealer renting that unit. Glad she got out of there when she did.

It baffles me that you can have someone that you KNOW is dealing drugs as a neighbor and it's really hard to get anything done about it. I know there's the burden of proof, but sometimes I wish we still had access to old fashioned frontier justice. Get a posse of good ole boys and have them show the scum the door.

In another WAFB story, the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Dept needs help identifying two suspects who scammed then duplicated debit/credit cards and used them.
