Not listing this as a top match but there was a match on RAW (I forget the year) between Chris Jericho and Eddie Guerrero that was absolutely incredible

Don't know about Top 5, but the No.1 GOAT WWE match of all time is the Undertaker vs Mankind Hell in a Cell match in Raw is War 1998.
Nothing else comes close to it for the sheer brutality and the bumps (both planned and unplanned) that Mick Foley took in the match. He dislocated his shoulder, broke a tooth that cut through his lip and created a hole through which he tried to stick his tongue out, then got choke slammed on a bunch of thumbtacks and left the arena looking like a human pin cushion.
