Your top 3 bars ever...

This is kind of spinoff from another thread but for me my bars were where I met friends, got hammered, did dumb shite, and hopefully only *almost* got in trouble. What were your favorite watering holes?
RULES: Only 3 bars can make the list and you can add 1 alternate. List the bar, the city, the time when it was your place, like this:
EXAMPLE: Fat Harry's, NOLA, 1975-1979
OK. Here are mine:
1/ Mayfair Lounge, NOLA, 1993-1995
2/ The Bayou, Baton Rouge, 1987-1990
3/ Snake and Jakes Christmastree (Christmas Club) Lounge, NOLA, 1992-1995
4/ALT: F&M Patio Bar, NOLA, 1992-1995

NOTE: I edited to change the years a few bars from the 2000s back to the 90s when I actually went there.

Seriously? Is that correct? Was that the *official name* back then too? I always just called it *Snake and Jakes* but I am disappointed in myself. Maybe Im getting early onset dementia from spending too many late nights at Snake and Jakes lol.
