I've got friends in their 20's and 30's. I was by far the oldest guy on our softball team.

Age is a state of mind/body. Your bud clearly needs to exercise. I'm 29, but feel aside from a little extra in the midsection 5-10lbs (I love food and booze) that I'm in damn good shape. Run 3-4 times a week.

What grosses me out at work is listening to people wheeze after any amount of stairs or walking. I'm one of those people that confronts fat asses that take elevators for 1-2 stories.
