I've been using Uber all weekend since Thursday night and not one ride cost me more than $15. And that yesterday with a 3x surcharge

That was my whole reason for not taking them. I can drop a bill on being at a parade all day, but then I've got to spend almost that much to drive three miles?

I don't mind paying $10-$15 to get to and from the parades. Very little walking and I don't have to worry about trying to find a place to park.

Shoutout to the gentleman with the red sedan that gave us a ride from tBywater to the westbank in 2011.

I've been quoted as high as $55 to uno area. Still with every penny. I ended up hailing an actual cab, and it was about $23.

It would be nice to have a car, so I cud roll out to Crabby Jack's to get a duck po boy and a cup of gumbo.

I'd gladly pay that, but how far are you going? That's normal fare for me from uptown to my house on the parish line. I got rooked last year, so I chose to sober up this year before driving

Female?

Yep. The older one. She's 18 and a freshman at FSU.
