Back on subject.... A good cry can help. When you're super upset over something and let out a cry it's like you release most of the care and the issue just isn't as but a deal anymore, or for the time being. For example a loss of a relationship.

I wouldn't even know how to cry if I wanted to. I can make tears come out by yawning. But I wouldn't know how to do the involuntary sobbing that people do.

I'm 56 and the last time I cried was just a bit over 3 years ago when my Mom pasted away.

I cry pretty readily when dealing with the loss of loved ones or even pets...however, I can't say I have ever come even remotely close to crying over something work-related...

I mean, I am all-in at work. I bust my arse and expect a lot from myself and those around me...but I can't even imagine anything there that would make me cry...

no, but I don't think I have a reason to cry.

I did when I was a kid, and ended that my teenage years by just turning sadness to anger. Maybe i just do that now and don't know it. But I cant think of any reason i would have to start sobbing

You've never shed a tear when a close family member, friend or pet died?

been pretty fortunate on that front with just a boss and uncle being only significant people close to me that have passed. No crying though. never had a pet

Consider yourself fortunate.

I've only seen my dad cry once. It was quite a moment. Military horns playing at my great uncle's funeral.

I've never cried over anything work related, and I've had some pretty stressful jobs potentially. But I've cried a lot in my lifetime, I just don't let anyone see it.
