These folks are delusional. Banning someone that's brings violence because they violently protest.
How about not going to the event of you don't like the speaker. I'm sure there are speakers that folks on the other side of the issue don't like but they don't make a big deal out of it.

There was an email sent out last night that there was a "ticketing error" and everyone would have to re-register for the event. Built in excuse for them to deny him the ability to speak. Hopefully if that's the cast a student group steps up and hosts him off-campus like they did at one of the schools he recently went to in the Northeast (forgot which one in particular).
