I don't wear enough ironic T-shirts to be aloud to live there.

Thats what I was thinking, thas awfull small for $70k. Tiny house are cool but not if they cost triple per sq ft what a normal house would.

I spend the majority of time living/working out of something equal to that in square footage, so yea, I would live in it. That thing is nice.

Could I take 3 or 4 and bolt them together and then build a free standing shop in the back?

Someone in the comments said $70K...for that price? Hell no.

Maybe $40K if I were single and it was in a nice area.

I am thinking about building few these not that plan it's ugly as a nut sack but for 1 person college rentals. kids today are spoiled & don't want roommates easily get a premium for 1 person rentals

$70,000?

I'd rather just live in a normal house in the east or Chalmette. You're insane if you'd pay $70,000 for that

First house I bought was only 30k more and had 1400 sq ft.

Not no, but hell no.

When your microwave is bigger than your TV you need your mancard revoked permanently.

Absolutely for a camp house. For an everyday house....not a chance.

The biggest question I have is in regards to insulation. I have a feeling that house will be hot as hell during the summer and freezing during the winter.

I like tiny houses but think I could get one for less than 70k.
