Japan no doubt. I hear dolphin is pretty tasty.

They have good trout fishing? I bet the cost of living sucks, though.
Cost of living does suck, though I'm getting a break right now because of the currency advantage -- USD is at a 7-year high against the yen.
I dunno if Japan is on anyone's radar as far as an international destination for trout fishing, but fly fishing is common here -- everything from Giant Trevally offshore to really small stuff on tenkara and tiny dry flies. I fished for cherry trout, stocked browns, and native char in the rivers with some success this summer.

True, however don't forget the 'colored' segment of the population and what they represent. In the Western Cape Province (where Cape Town is located), 53% of the population is colored. A far greater percentage than in Gauteng. And, not to be that guy, but the coloreds and whites get along very well. The coloreds and the Africans...? Not so much. So look at the approx. 34% African population in the Western Cape as a comparison to the other cities in SA
"Whites & Coloureds get along very well" is the absolute most absurd thing I have heard on these forums. Just because Whites were able to use divivde & conquer tactics by legally giving coloureds 2nd class status doesn't mean they 'get along'.
Whites loved coloureds (less than 50% in the Cape identify as coloureds) so much that they barred them from the city of Cape Town & forced most into huge townships like Mitchell Plains where they still reside today(no better or worse than Soweto).. Yes Coloureds were given 'Preferred Laborers' status meaning they could get a few menial & civil Laborer jobs easier than Blacks during Apartheid . So it was to their best interest to distance themselves from Blacks
Mitchell Plains is a hotbed of gangersterism , Meth & alcoholism & if you want to see how well they 'get along' with Whites go spend some time there.
'Coloureds ' fought Apartheid just as virulently as Blacks & were just as brutally repelled ( see Trojan Horse Massacre among other atrocities committed upon 'coloureds fighting Apartheid). Today they are still stuck with that 'Coloured' label & feel left out of the Black empowerment plans proffered by the South African government. As along as 'Coloureds' hold onto to their meager Apartheid advantages & racist title(Coloureds) they will always feel left out.
"Get along well" my arse. They get along well if 'Coloureds" , for the most part , remain segregated in Mitchell Plains.
Politically the Western Cape isn't totally ANC dominated(a good thing) & the 'Whiter' Democratic Alliance has more political clout , but don't get that twisted with love between Cape 'Coloureds' & Whites(both of whom numbers are beginning to dwindle in the Cape).
